Booking with ARCAS Travel Services is simple, fast and safe. If you have any questions please visit our FAQ’s section or contact us.
Step 1. Fill in the Booking Form
Click the “BOOK NOW” blue button on each holiday package page. Fill in the online booking form and submit it. We will review it and in short time you will receive the invoice with instructions for payment methods.
Step 2. Make Payment
Choose a payment method (bank transfer or pay by credit card) and follow the instructions. Then send us a photocopy of all participants’ passports. Note that you have 5 days to make the payment of a 30% deposit. In case that you make the booking in less than 6 weeks before departure, you must make the full payment.
Step 3. Receive voucher
When we receive your payment, we will send you the voucher of your holidays. When you receive it, the booking is considered to be confirmed.
